Policies
Cancellation & No Show Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you and since we come directly to you, preparation and travel are part of every visit. We understand that life happens, but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
24+ Hours Notice:
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with 24 hours or more notice will not incur any charges..
Less Than 24 Hours Notice:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee to cover preparation and travel time.
No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellation
If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment or do not show up at the location, you will be charged 100% of the service booked.
Late Arrivals
If you're not available at the scheduled time, our nurse will wait up to 15 minutes. After that, the appointment may be shortened or canceled depending on our schedule. In either case, you will be charged the full service fee.
Pets Policy
We love animals, but for the safety and comfort of both our staff, we kindly ask that pets be kept in a separate area during your IV therapy session. Service animals trained to assist are always welcome. We appreciate your understanding as we bring care into your home or workplace.
Payment & Card on File
A valid credit or debit card is required to book. Your card will be securely stored and only charged according to booked services and this cancellation policy.
